En CriptoNoticias producimos contenido digital autĂłnomo, experto, original y curado, bajo el formato de noticias, opiniones, infografĂas, entre otros. Este contenido es entregado a travĂ©s de nuestras plataformas digitales: sitios web, correo electrĂłnico y canales sociales.
Además de nuestros contenidos editoriales, creamos y publicamos contenido digital de y para nuestros anunciantes y patrocinadores en áreas temáticas de interés, con el fin de proporcionar oportunidades de difusión para las marcas y sus mensajes. Todo el contenido publicitario y patrocinado, independientemente de la plataforma, cumple con los principios rectores de CriptoNoticias:
- Transparencia: Todo contenido publicitario y contenido patrocinado se diferenciará clara y distintivamente del contenido de noticias independientes.
- Independencia: La dirección editorial de CriptoNoticias no será influenciada, ni dictada, ni demorada por la agenda y/o preocupación del anunciante o patrocinador.
- Juicio editorial:Â CriptoNoticias mantiene el derecho de rechazar cualquier publicaciĂłn o anunciante cuya presencia comprometa la marca CriptoNoticias.
Contenidos publicitarios y patrocinios
El contenido publicitario consiste en (I) todo el contenido pago creado por el equipo de contenido publicitario de CriptoNoticias en colaboraciĂłn con los anunciantes, y que aparece publicado en los sitios web de CriptoNoticias y en sus redes sociales y (II) el contenido pago creado por los anunciantes que aparece publicado en los sitios web de CriptoNoticias y en sus redes sociales.
Los contenidos publicitarios son aquellos destinados a presentar y promocionar las ideas, productos y servicios del anunciante a su mercado objetivo. Su objetivo principal es informar, persuadir o recordar al lector los beneficios de su producto por un interés comercial. Las notas de prensa, los publirreportajes y los banners publicitarios en sus diferentes formatos son contenidos publicitarios por excelencia.
A diferencia de los anuncios tradicionales que se distinguen por sus mensajes de marketing directo, el Patrocinio consiste en un aporte econĂłmico que otorga un anunciante para cubrir los costos de investigaciĂłn, redacciĂłn y publicaciĂłn de un artĂculo editorial elaborado por CriptoNoticias sobre temas y asuntos definidos por, o de conformidad con el patrocinador, sin emitir un mensaje de marketing directo. El punto es informar y educar, en lugar de vender.
Pautas generales de Publicidad y Patrocinios
Publicidad
Todo el contenido publicitario y patrocinado que aparece en nuestras plataformas digitales se distingue claramente del contenido editorial. Etiquetamos un anuncio como «Publicidad» o «Patrocinado» cuando, en nuestra opinión, la etiqueta es necesaria para dejar clara la distinción entre contenido editorial y publicidad.
Los anunciantes son responsables de garantizar que sus anuncios estén debidamente fundamentados y cumplan con todas las leyes y reglamentos aplicables. Si bien el contenido publicitario no refleja necesariamente las opiniones de CriptoNoticias, si determinamos que un anuncio contiene información falsa o ilegal, rechazaremos o eliminaremos el anuncio publicitario en su totalidad o en parte.
También rechazaremos o eliminaremos cualquier publicidad que pueda afectar o afecte negativamente la imagen y reputación de CriptoNoticias. Esto significa que no aceptaremos publicidad que, en nuestra opinión, sea indecente u ofensiva. No transmitiremos publicidad que contenga mensajes de odio o violencia contra cualquier persona, grupo u organización, ni publicidad que implique ataques contra una o un grupo de personas.
No aceptaremos publicidad de productos o servicios ilegales. En aquellos casos en que las jurisdicciones difieran sobre la legalidad de los productos o servicios, usaremos nuestra discreciĂłn para determinar la idoneidad de la publicidad.
Podemos eliminar el contenido publicitario en cualquier momento si determinamos que el contenido es inconsistente con lo anterior, con o sin previo aviso e independientemente de si el contenido publicitario ha sido aceptado o mostrado en nuestras plataformas por un tiempo.
Patrocinios
Los contenidos patrocinados por nuestros anunciantes serán elaborados por el equipo de CriptoNoticias con total independencia editorial, reflejando los resultados de la investigaciĂłn periodĂstica, la interpretaciĂłn que haga de ellos el autor y las conclusiones alcanzadas, sin compromiso ni condicionamiento por parte del patrocinador.
Incluso con la advertencia de que el contenido patrocinado no refleja necesariamente los puntos de vista de nuestra empresa, rechazaremos la creaciĂłn de contenido patrocinado que, a nuestro juicio, afecte la integridad intelectual, la autoridad y reputaciĂłn de cualquier marca de CriptoNoticias.
Si bien la afiliación con un patrocinador no descalifica a un experto en la materia para participar como entrevistado para el contenido patrocinado, nuestra discreción editorial en estos casos sopesará la idoneidad del experto para el contenido.
TĂ©rminos y Condiciones de la Publicidad y Patrocinios
Además de los Lineamientos Generales de Publicidad establecidos por CriptoNoticias, los Términos y Condiciones que se detallan a continuación aplican a los contenidos publicitarios y patrocinios.
- El Anunciante otorga a CriptoNoticias el derecho de reproducir, publicar, exhibir, usar, distribuir y transmitir a través de Internet y sus redes sociales todas las declaraciones, imágenes o cualquier otro material provisto con fines publicitarios. El Anunciante asume la responsabilidad exclusiva por el material contenido en su anuncio, que puede estar sujeto a la protección de derechos de autor, patentes o marcas registradas.
- Todo el contenido publicitario y patrocinado estará debidamente rotulado y se distinguirá del contenido editorial de CriptoNoticias en forma, función y ubicación utilizando diferentes tipos de fuentes, colores y gráficos.
- La publicación de contenido publicitario o contenido patrocinado no implica el respaldo de ningún producto o servicio por parte de CriptoNoticias, ni presentará ningún nombre o logotipo reconocible de CriptoNoticias, según su propia decisión.
- Todo contenido publicitario debe ser aprobado previamente y por escrito por un editor de contenido publicitario de CriptoNoticias antes de que aparezca en cualquier medio de CriptoNoticias.
- En todos los contenidos publicitarios se incluirá un descargo de responsabilidad como el siguiente: “El contenido y los enlaces provistos en este artĂculo solo cumplen propĂłsitos informativos. CriptoNoticias no ofrece recomendaciones o consejos legales, financieros o de inversiĂłn, ni sustituye la debida diligencia de cada interesado. CriptoNoticias no respalda ninguna oferta de inversiĂłn o similares aquĂ promocionadas. Para más informaciĂłn haga click aquĂ.«.
- CriptoNoticias podrá, a su sola discreción, incluir un descargo de responsabilidad en parte o todo el contenido Patrocinado.
- El Cliente notificará a CriptoNoticias el dĂa exacto de la publicaciĂłn y entregará toda la informaciĂłn necesaria para la elaboraciĂłn del contenido por lo menos cinco dĂas hábiles antes de esa fecha. Si el Cliente no proporciona esta informaciĂłn en el plazo indicado, CriptoNoticias no será responsable por las demoras en la publicaciĂłn del contenido.
- El servicio de publicidad se paga por adelantado con la criptomoneda y en la direcciĂłn de billetera indicada en la Orden de Compra o en la Factura enviada al cliente. El pago a una direcciĂłn de billetera errĂłnea por parte del cliente es de su exclusiva responsabilidad.
- Todos los contenidos publicitarios y patrocinados serán publicados, como máximo, dentro de los 90 dĂas siguientes a la contrataciĂłn del servicio. Si el Cliente no responde y/o no proporciona la informaciĂłn necesaria para cumplir con la publicaciĂłn o publicaciones acordadas dentro de estos 90 dĂas, CriptoNoticias dará por cumplido el servicio y el Cliente lo reconoce y acepta.
- CriptoNoticias se reserva el derecho de rechazar o eliminar cualquier artĂculo o anunciante que, de cualquier forma: (i) difame o desacredite a CriptoNoticias o sus productos y servicios o comprometa la calidad o presencia de CriptoNoticias o (ii) sea falso, engañoso, mentiroso o ilegal.
- CriptoNoticias se reserva el derecho de realizar cambios a los TĂ©rminos y Condiciones de su servicio de publicidad a su entera discreciĂłn. El anunciante reconoce haber leĂdo y aceptado estos TĂ©rminos y Condiciones.
Enlaces de Referidos
Un Enlace de Referido o Enlace de Afiliado es un medio provisto por CriptoNoticias para que sus lectores, de asà desearlo, accedan al sitio web de la empresa proveedora del producto o servicio que contiene el enlace. Si el usuario decide comprar los productos o usar los servicios del sitio a través del enlace de referido provisto, CriptoNoticias puede ganar una comisión por facilitar la conexión.
Las compras realizadas por los usuarios no cuestan más por realizarlas a través del enlace de referido, por el contrario, en algunos casos puede generarles algún beneficio, como descuentos o saldo bonificado. Cualquier decisión que el usuario tome sobre comprar o no, invertir o usar los servicios referidos es bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad, pues CriptoNoticias no recomienda ni aconseja al usuario sobre cómo actuar o decidir.
Los productos y servicios mostrados en los artĂculos con enlaces de referidos han sido escogidos por CriptoNoticias de forma libre, autĂłnoma e independiente, y sus contenidos elaborados y publicados de la misma forma, sin recibir pago alguno, de ninguna especie, de parte de las empresas proveedoras de los productos o servicios referidos.

Advertising Policy
At CriptoNoticias we produce autonomous, expert, original and curated digital content, in the form of news, opinions, infographics, among others. This content is delivered through our digital platforms: websites, email, and social channels.
In addition to our editorial content, we create and publish digital content from and for our advertisers and sponsors in thematic areas of interest, in order to provide outreach opportunities for brands and their messages. All advertising and sponsored content, regardless of platform, complies with the guiding principles of CriptoNoticias:
- Transparency. All advertising content and sponsored content will be clearly and distinctively differentiated from independent news content.
- Independence. The editorial direction of CriptoNoticias will not be influenced, dictated, or delayed by the agenda and/or concern of the advertiser or sponsor.
- Editorial judgment. CriptoNoticias reserves the right to reject any publication or advertiser whose presence compromises the CriptoNoticias brand.
Advertising Content and Sponsorships
The advertising content consists of (I) all the paid content created by the CriptoNoticias advertising content team in collaboration with advertisers, and that appears published on the CriptoNoticias websites and on its social networks and (II) paid content created by the advertisers that appear published on the CriptoNoticias websites and on their social networks.
Advertising contents are those aimed at presenting and promoting the advertiser’s ideas, products, and services to its target market. Its primary objective is to inform, persuade or remind the reader of the benefits of your product for a commercial interest. Press releases, advertorials and advertising banners in their different formats are advertising content per excellence.
Unlike traditional advertisements that are distinguished by their direct marketing messages, Sponsorship consists of an economic contribution granted by an advertiser to cover the costs of research, writing and publication of an editorial article prepared by CriptoNoticias on defined themes and topics by, or in accordance with, the sponsor, without issuing a direct marketing message. The point is to inform and educate, rather than sell.
General Advertising Guidelines
Advertising
All advertising and sponsored content that appears on our digital platforms is clearly distinguished from editorial content. We label an advertisement as «Advertising» or «Sponsored» when, in our opinion, the label is necessary to make clear the distinction between editorial content and advertising.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements are properly substantiated and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. While advertising content does not necessarily reflect the views of CriptoNoticias, if we determine that an ad contains false or illegal information, we will reject or remove the ad or banner ad in whole or in part.
We will also reject or remove any advertising that may affect or negatively affect the image and reputation of CriptoNoticias. This means that we will not accept advertising that, in our opinion, is indecent or offensive. We will not transmit advertising that contains messages of hate or violence against any person, group or organization, or advertising that implies attacks against one or a group of people.
We will not accept advertising for illegal products or services. In those cases where jurisdictions differ on the legality of products or services, we will use our discretion in determining the appropriateness of advertising.
We may remove advertising content at any time if we determine that the content is inconsistent with the above, with or without notice and regardless of whether the advertising content has been accepted or displayed on our platforms for a while.
Sponsorships
The content sponsored by our advertisers will be prepared by the CriptoNoticias team with complete editorial independence, reflecting the results of the journalistic investigation, the interpretation made by the author and the conclusions reached, without commitment or conditioning from the sponsor.
Even with the caveat that the content is sponsored and does not necessarily reflect the views of our company, we will discourage the creation of sponsored content that, in our judgment, harms the intellectual integrity, authority and reputation of any CriptoNoticias brand.
While affiliation with a sponsor does not disqualify a subject matter expert from participating as an interviewee for sponsored content, our editorial discretion in these cases will weigh the suitability of the expert for the content.
Terms and Conditions for Advertising and Sponsorships
In addition to the General Advertising Guidelines established by CriptoNoticias, Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to advertising content and sponsorships.
- The Advertiser grants CriptoNoticias the right to reproduce, publish, display, use, distribute and transmit through the Internet and its social networks all manifestations, images or any other material provided for advertising purposes. The Advertiser assumes sole responsibility for the material contained in its advertisement, which may be subject to copyright, patent, trademark, or service mark protection.
- All advertising and sponsored content will be properly labeled and will be distinguished from the editorial content of CriptoNoticias in form, function, and location using different types of fonts, colors and graphics.
- No advertising content or sponsored content implies the endorsement of any product or service by CriptoNoticias, nor will it present any recognizable name or logo of CriptoNoticias, according to its own decision.
- All advertising content must be approved in advance and in writing by a CriptoNoticias advertising content editor before it appears in any CriptoNoticias media.
- A disclaimer like the following will be included on all advertising content: “The content and links provided in this article are for informational purposes only. CriptoNoticias does not offer legal, financial or investment recommendations or advice, nor does it substitute the due diligence of each interested party. CriptoNoticias does not endorse the offers of investment products or services, or the like promoted here. Click here for more information».
- CriptoNoticias may, at its sole discretion, include a disclaimer on part or all the Sponsored Content.
- The Client will notify CriptoNoticias of the exact day of publication and will deliver all the information necessary for the preparation of the content at least five business days before that date. If the Client does not provide this information within the indicated period, CriptoNoticias will not be liable for delays in content’s publication.
- The advertising service is paid in advance with the cryptocurrency and in the wallet address indicated in the Purchase Order or in the Invoice sent to the client. Payment to an erroneous wallet address by the client is their sole responsibility. The advertiser acknowledges having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- All advertising and sponsored content will be published, at most, within 90 days following the purchase of the service. If the Client does not respond and/or does not provide the necessary information to comply with the agreed publication or publications within these 90 days, CriptoNoticias will consider the service fulfilled and the Client acknowledges and accepts it.
- CriptoNoticias reserves the right to reject or eliminate any article or advertiser that in any way: (i) defames or discredits CriptoNoticias or its products and services or compromises the quality or presence of CriptoNoticias or (ii) is false, misleading, liar or illegal.
- CriptoNoticias reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions of its advertising service at its sole discretion.
